Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for leading facilities management operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of services across sites. It oversees vendor performance, maintenance programs, and asset management while maintaining strong cost control and budget accountability. The position also acts as a key escalation point, providing technical guidance and ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

In addition, the role focuses on building strong client relationships, delivering high-quality service experiences, and supporting sustainability initiatives. It ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, drives operational excellence, and contributes to continuous improvement in processes, asset lifecycle planning, and service delivery.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as escalation point for facilities issues and provide technical guidance.Lead team, vendors, and contractors to ensure safety and full compliance.Ensure all contractors are properly inducted and meet compliance requirements before work.Oversee site operations to maintain uninterrupted property services.Establish, review, and train team on processes and playbooks.Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost control and savings targets.Manage supply chain performance and provide cost benchmarking insights.Maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication and service excellence.Deliver expert advice and ensure high-quality customer experience across all interactions.Oversee maintenance programs and support asset lifecycle planning.Ensure accuracy and integrity of asset data and registers.Manage vendor performance, procurement activities, and support sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

Strong experience in Facilities Management operations in corporate office environments where the client is an occupier.Bachelor’s degree (preferred)2–5 years of relevant experience in commercial or industrial real estate, with hands-on facility managementProven background in maintenance, engineering, construction, and property operationsExperience with CMMS/Work Order Management systems (preferred)

Additional Qualifications

Ability to interpret construction specifications and blueprints.Strong understanding of contract language and building documentationSkilled in Building Management Systems monitoring and maintenanceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Solid financial management discipline, including budgeting, tracking, and forecastingFamiliarity with financial systems such as Yardi (a plus)
