Role Summary:

This is an exciting new position created in response to our continued business growth and expansion, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, evolving organization.


Responsible for end‑to‑end facilities operations across Oceania sites, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and cost‑effective workplace environments. Oversees vendor management, maintenance, soft/hard services, compliance, and site projects while supporting business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day‑to‑day operations of facilities across Oceania locations (maintenance, housekeeping, security, utilities).

Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for all sites, including safety, environmental, and building standards.

Lead vendor sourcing, contracting, and performance management for facility‑related services.

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all technical assets and infrastructure.

Manage space planning, workplace setup, seating allocation, and office optimization.

Drive cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for all facility operations.

Coordinate business continuity, emergency response, and health & safety initiatives.

Deliver small to medium capital projects (fit-outs, refurbishments, relocations).

Maintain stakeholder communication and ensure a high‑quality workplace experience for employees.

Monitor and optimize energy usage and sustainability initiatives across sites.

Required Qualifications:

Trade qualification or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related technical field5+ years of hands-on facilities management experience with strong technical building systems knowledgeProven experience managing work order systems and coordinating multiple vendors across multi-site portfoliosTechnical expertise in building systems including HVAC, electrical, fire suppression, hydraulics, and building automation systemsExperience working collaboratively with client facility teams in a service provider capacityStrong understanding of preventive maintenance programs, compliance requirements, and lease obligation managementExcellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands across multiple sitesDemonstrated problem-solving abilities and root cause analysis skills
