Pay: $108500 - $132900 / year + 10% annual target bonus
Travel: to San Francisco, CA 1x / week

What this job involves:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the comprehensive operational management of assigned client sites, ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining compliance with all contractual obligations and organizational standards. This role focuses on developing strong client relationships, managing building operations, leading teams, and driving operational efficiencies across the facilities portfolio. As a key contributor to JLL's facilities management excellence, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while overseeing all aspects of site operations from technical systems to team leadership, directly supporting JLL's mission to deliver world-class facility services.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Proactively manage client relationships and serve as primary escalation point, ensuring contractual KPIs and service level agreements are consistently met or exceededOversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, and critical building systems while managing repairs, maintenance activities, and service requests from initiation to completionLead and develop a professional team through comprehensive onboarding, training, performance management, and team building initiatives focused on service excellenceManage vendor performance and contracts, ensuring services are delivered according to specifications while overseeing vendor payments and compliance with established policiesExecute financial management responsibilities including budget oversight, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting processes, and preparation of comprehensive financial reportsCoordinate cross-functionally with fitness, food services, security, transportation, and capital project teams while supporting move teams during building relocations and changesIdentify and implement operational improvements that drive process and cost efficiencies while ensuring full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and risk management policiesRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferredMinimum 3-5 years of facilities management or related experience with proven track record of successStrong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems with hands-on operational experienceDemonstrated experience in client relationship management and service delivery with measurable resultsProven financial management and budgeting experience with ability to manage operational expenditure within approved budgetsStrong leadership and team development capabilities with experience managing professional teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications in facilities management (CFM, FMP, or similar credentials)Experience with large-scale commercial or corporate facility operationsKnowledge of construction project management and vendor procurement processesExperience with performance management systems and KPI developmentFamiliarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirementsPrevious experience in client-facing roles within professional services environmentThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position:
120,000.00 – 146,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
