Job Overview:
Our client is on the look for an experienced Facilities Manager with a background in FM project management or operational management. As a people manager, you will have managed both sub-contractors ensuring high levels of delivery within a CPI's, KPI's, PI's environment and managed, monitored and controlled costs ensuring achievements of financial targets.
Main Responsibilities:
Play a key role in the management of a portfolio of schools meeting all levels of compliance. Deliver reactive, remedial, lifecycle and PPM works. Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client. Carry out an audit process where you will be able also liaise with management to share information, operational finance and reporting. Manage internal staff within the team as well as external contractors. Be able to demonstrate CDM regulations.
What we're looking for:
Strong motivated and driven personality. Extensive experience within Facilities Management. Experience with managing clients and building client relationships. Facilities Management qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) Level 3 qualification in Building Maintenance or equivalent is desirable. A valid drivers' licence.
