Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and management of our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal building performance, tenant satisfaction, and cost-effective facility operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementOversee daily building operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systemsCoordinate maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulationsManage vendor relationships and service contractsMonitor building performance and implement efficiency improvementsTenant RelationsServe as primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and concernsCoordinate tenant improvements and space modificationsEnsure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retentionHandle lease administration supportFinancial ManagementDevelop and manage annual operating budgetsMonitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunitiesPrepare financial reports and variance analysesOversee accounts payable and receivable processesCompliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulationsImplement and maintain safety protocolsCoordinate emergency response proceduresManage insurance claims and risk mitigationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field3-5 years of facilities management experience in commercial real estateStrong knowledge of building systems and maintenance proceduresProficiency in property management softwareExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProfessional certifications (FMP, CFM, or similar) preferredSkills & CompetenciesProject managementVendor managementBudget planning and analysisCustomer service orientationTechnical troubleshootingLeadership and team managementLocation:
