What is your day to day?• Lead and manage the regional team of Community Hosts, providing guidance and performance support
• Develop and implement employee experience programs, activations, and engagement initiatives across the region
• Monitor and analyze key experience metrics, generating reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate with Facility Management teams to ensure service excellence through site tours and improvement reviews
• Manage change management processes, assessing impact and developing mitigation strategies for organizational transitions
• Resolve employee and visitor complaints while coordinating with service providers for high-impact colleague activities
• Oversee regional Experience budget management and ensure compliance with EHS and sustainability policies
Desired experience and technical skillsRequired:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS SharePoint
• Self-motivated with confidence, energy, and flexibility to handle stressful situations
• Ability to supervise vendor performance during normal and off-hours including weekends
• Strong team leadership and people management capabilities
Preferred:
• Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and critical facilities management
• Understanding of basic technical property systems (HVAC, chillers, fire protection, M&E systems)
• Experience in change management processes and strategic interventions
• Vendor management experience for specialized services
• Advanced proficiency in information technology tools and platforms
• Experience in employee engagement and workplace culture development
• Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish)
