**Job Title: Facilities Manager**
**Job Description**
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the comprehensive assembly of furniture components from start to finish. You will begin your day at the warehouse, where you will receive a list of materials and directions. Your tasks will involve working both in the warehouse and on client sites. You will be expected to load trucks with necessary materials and prepare for the day's assignments. Your role requires spending approximately 75% of your time on client sites, which include universities, office locations, and other warehouses in Michigan. You will travel in a company vehicle, unload and prepare materials, and assemble furniture at the designated work sites. If remaining at the warehouse, you will prepare future orders and maintain a clean working environment. Overnight travel, if required, is compensated with covered costs including hotels, and advance notice will be provided.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble furniture components from start to finish.
+ Receive materials and directions upon arrival at the warehouse.
+ Load trucks with necessary materials for daily assignments.
+ Spend 75% of work time on client sites in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.
+ Travel in company vehicles to job sites and prepare materials for assembly.
+ Unload trucks and assemble furniture on-site.
+ Prepare future orders and clean the warehouse if remaining on-site.
+ Start and finish each workday at the warehouse.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1 year of experience in assembly, production, or construction.
+ Proficiency with basic hand and power tools, such as screwdrivers and drill guns.
+ Ability to read rulers, tape measures, and various measuring equipment.
+ Competence in reading basic blueprints and directions.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to provide basic hand tools within the first month of employment (screwdriver, drill gun, bit set, tape measure).

**Work Environment**
You will work in a modern, clean, yet non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment, with expectations to maintain cleanliness when loading materials. Additionally, you will spend significant time on the road, where work conditions are weather-dependent, requiring appropriate attire. The position involves a first-shift schedule from 7 am to 5 pm, with flexibility required to accommodate project completion times.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MILFORD, Michigan.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
