What this opportunity involves: 

We are looking for a Facilities Manager who will be responsible for leading the Law Enforcement Account in forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with clients through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience.

You will also lead vendor group to manage the tactical delivery of facilities management services to the site, including engagement with on-site business units, management of reactive and preventative maintenance work, support Sustainability delivery, control, and coordination of works in relation to site operations.  

This is an on-site, full time role working on a massive site. Working in a team but managing your own individual portfolio.

An Overview of the role:  

Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success 

Monitor and develop procedures to ensure client’s expectations are conveyed and worked upon 

Manage vendor procurement processes in accordance with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as JLL’s procurement best practices 

Ensure that the site’s financial operations are meeting targets and control requirements 

Manage reactive and preventative maintenance work 

Support sustainability project delivery 

Site operations management 

Health and safety management

Someone with ​corrgio experience

Proactive, organised and strong attention to detail 

Excellent communicator, able to engage multiple organisational levels 

Strong vendor and stakeholder engagement 

Able to work autonomously or is part of a team 

Australian Citizenship is essential for this role
