**The Opportunity**
At CBRE, we’re looking for a hands-on and motivated Facilities Manager to take the lead across a diverse portfolio of industrial and logistics assets for our key client, Charter Hall.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service to tenants and clients.
+ Oversee day-to-day building operations, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
+ Manage budgets, procurement, and financial reporting with care and precision.
+ Take ownership of safety, risk management, and compliance across the portfolio.
+ Coordinate and support contractors to achieve outstanding results every time.
**About You**
+ Experienced in managing industrial, commercial, or retail facilities.
+ A natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems.
+ Financially savvy, organised, and confident juggling multiple priorities.
+ Skilled in contractor management and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
+ Adaptable, proactive, and ready to make a real impact in a supportive team.
