In this role, you will coordinate and supervise the facilities maintenance team, ensuring that the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment meets Brightli’s expectations. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, managing work orders, and overseeing maintenance projects, all while promoting a culture of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise the work of the facilities maintenance team to ensure effective operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor the work order system to ensure timely responses to requests and manage workflow issues.
• Provide bids for major maintenance projects and oversee contractor performance to ensure quality work.
• Ensure compliance with C.A.R.F standards and maintain facilities in good working condition.
• Train and mentor new maintenance staff while fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities maintenance.
• Be available on-call and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• High School education or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of responsible employment history.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to oversee projects.
• Some travel may be required.
Physical Requirements:
• ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
• Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
