Facilities Maintenance Technician Lead
**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep and efficient functioning of our building facilities. This role involves performing various maintenance and repair tasks to maintain the integrity of the building's infrastructure. **Responsibilities** + Repair holes in drywall to maintain the building's interior aesthetics. + Change lightbulbs, outlets, and light switches to ensure proper lighting and electrical functionality. + Repair rollers in bearings to maintain mechanical systems. + Perform general building maintenance tasks as needed. + Coordinate with external vendors for higher level electrical and HVAC repairs. **Essential Skills** + General handyman experience with a strong mechanical inclination. + Proficiency in changing outlets and repairing drywall. + Ability to perform apartment-style maintenance and repairs. + Possess some level of leadership experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with facilities maintenance, mechanical repairs, painting, and drywall work. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic work environment where your skills are valued and your professional growth is supported. The position requires working the 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, Colorado. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.90 - $30.90/hr.
