A caregiver in this position works nights from 8:00PM – 6:30AM.  

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

Perform minor preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, structures and systems (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAS, carpentry and/or paint). Document and maintain records of inspection and work performed.  Work across multiple Cleveland Clinic locations as needed.  

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

High School Diploma or GED 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: 

Work experience in General Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Mechanical Repair or HVAC OR military experience as a Utilities Man (UT), Builder (BU), Machinists Mate (MM) or a similar role OR successful completion of an accredited trade school and one year of related experience
