Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Temp-to-Perm | 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM |
We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mt. Juliet, TN. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering steady hours, great pay, and the chance to grow within a commercial facilities environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with strong troubleshooting skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while keeping building systems operating smoothly.
ResponsibilitiesPromote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
Complete preventive maintenance routines with proper documentation
Record readings and make adjustments to keep equipment running at peak performance
Troubleshoot simple AC/DC electrical circuits and HVAC systems
Perform general repairs on plumbing, locks, doors, furniture, and building systems
Inspect and maintain fire extinguishers, life safety, and other building systems
Prepare, prime, and paint building surfaces; perform handyman tasks as needed
Assist with tenant service requests, furniture moves, and equipment handling
Support customer service needs with professionalism and a positive attitude
Work collaboratively with the facilities team to ensure reliable operations
RequirementsMinimum 5 years of construction, building maintenance, or related experience
Hands-on knowledge of building systems, repair techniques, and tools
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting
Ability to use and learn computer programs, including CMMS systems
Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
Highly dependable with a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, and work with tools safely
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
