Position Summary
Responsible for performing routine building and ground maintenance and repair tasks including but not limited to HVAC.
Performing tasks like cleaning, lubricating, and replacing filters to prevent equipment failure. Diagnosing and repairing issues with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Regularly checking equipment, and fire suppression systems for potential problems. Occasionally replace lamps in lighting fixtures and indicators.Various daily/weekly/monthly monitoring of facility equipment.Ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations, company standards, and building codes. Collaborating with contractors for outsourced repairs and monitoring/reporting need for supplies. Perform problem solving, root cause analysis and corrective actions.Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly. Removal of oil and watery oil by means of pumping and mopping.Support and contribute to FCM Projects.Work with TEF2 maintenance when the need arises to maintain production equipment.PM Facilities HVAC systems.PM Industrial Process Cooling Systems.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in technical field is preferred. Four years related experience and/or training; with experience in all phases of maintenance (ie: mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, etc. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
