This hands\-on position offers variety every day—from maintaining HVAC systems and ensuring building security to tackling general repairs and seasonal upkeep\. If you enjoy problem\-solving, working independently, and making a real impact, this role is for you\! **What You’ll Do** + Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards\. + Coordinate with vendors and contractors, obtain quotes, and manage budgets for assigned projects\. + Track project progress, report updates to leadership, and ensure compliance with safety regulations\. + Monitor and adjust temperature controls to maintain optimal comfort levels\. + Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment\. + Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant needs, representing ownership with professionalism\. + Ensure building security and safety at all times\. + Handle snow and ice removal to keep outdoor areas safe\. + Complete general maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, electrical maintenance and grounds upkeep\. + Prepare and paint surfaces such as walls and trim to maintain a polished appearance\. + Take on additional projects and duties assigned by your supervisor **Qualifications** **What We’re Looking For** + Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays\. + Strong reliability and commitment to quality work\. + Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively\. **Education & Experience** + Vocational degree or equivalent training/experience in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Heating, and Plumbing\. + 3 years of building maintenance or mechanical experience preferred\. + Electrical experience preferred\.
