We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who’s ready to tackle challenges head-on, from rooftop repairs to wastewater system maintenance. If you’re mechanically inclined and love variety in your day, this is the job for you!
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing🌦️ Work outdoors in all weather conditions — climb ladders, access rooftops, and keep our facilities running smoothly.💧 Spend half your day managing wastewater systems, including filter changes in a separate building.🏠Maintain equipment at the main plant — grease bearings, manage exhaust fans, and clean roof filters.🛢️ Implement spill prevention strategies and patch asphalt holes.🚚 Move equipment and assist with various plant operations as needed.🧠What You BringSolid experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and industrial repair.Familiarity with wastewater systems and plumbing (preferred but not required).Skills in wiring, painting, and drywall work.A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a physically demanding environment.🌱 Why You’ll Love Working HereBe part of a supportive, dynamic team that values hard work and dedication.Enjoy a challenging and rewarding environment with opportunities for growth.Work in a role where no two days are the same — variety, impact, and purpose.🌤️ Work EnvironmentThis role is outdoor-heavy and physically active. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
