**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of a luxury hotel. This role requires a proactive individual capable of performing routine inspections and maintenance to keep the facility in optimal condition.
Responsibilities
+ Inspect assigned areas routinely and perform necessary maintenance to ensure the facility is functioning and serviceable.
+ Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures.
+ Repair and maintain various fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, and office equipment.
+ Report major maintenance needs and recommend corrective actions.
Essential Skills
+ 4-6 years of building maintenance experience within apartment complexes, hotels, or general properties.
+ Proficiency in electrical, facilities maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, and troubleshooting.
+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a daily basis.
+ Demonstrated communication skills, including written, verbal, and email communication.
+ Customer service experience in previous roles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with painting is a huge bonus.
+ Experience working on rooftop HVAC units.
+ Familiarity with VAV (Variable Air Volume) Boxes.
+ Experience in a customer-focused environment such as apartments, hotels, or corporate facilities.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
