From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company’s well-oiled onsite operation. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform routine maintenance, office moves, and repairs on facilities, equipment, and systems + Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance and repair needs + Maintain building and property through keeping it in clean and orderly condition + Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and tools + Respond to facility-related emergencies and take appropriate action + Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards + Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months of related experience, including the use of standard, maintenance related power tools and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience + Ability to work independently and in a team environment + Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical labor as required + Must have a valid driver's license + Remove snow and ice from walkways and parking lots + Open to occasional on call in the case of emergencies **Skills and Qualifications:** + Strong technical skills, including knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems + Excellent communication and organizational skills **Weekly Schedule** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Visa sponsorship not available for this role **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $15.91/Hour - $22.74/Hour **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits . Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
