PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a reliable and hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a high-performing operations team in Seattle, WA. Make an Impact Every DayIn this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining essential building systems that keep our facilities running smoothly and safely. From minor plumbing fixes to electrical repairs, furniture installations, and emergency response support, your skills will directly impact operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
What You’ll DoMaintain lighting systems: replace bulbs, ballasts, and fixtures.
Rekey doors, cut keys, and keep accurate key logs.
Conduct interior maintenance: hang pictures, install trays, repair furniture systems.
Perform light plumbing work and minor general repairs.
Complete special tasks like painting, basic locksmith work, and tenant service requests.
Move and install office equipment and furniture as needed.
Assist with inspections, due diligence reports, and building condition assessments.
Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
Comply with safety protocols, city/state ordinances, and hazardous materials guidelines.
Document work performed and assist with materials procurement.
Support continuous improvement by participating in training and safety programs.
What You Bring to the TeamRequired:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in general building maintenance.
Knowledge of basic plumbing, lighting, electrical systems, and repairs.
Ability to rekey doors and cut new keys.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and using ladders up to 30 ft.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
Preferred:
Completion of a relevant technical training program.
Familiarity with JLL and/or similar facility management policies.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
