What You’ll Do:Respond to work orders and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and building systems
Support building operations through inspections, repairs, and general upkeep
Assist with light carpentry and furniture repairs, including hanging fixtures and adjusting doors
Replace lighting components, clean coils, change filters, and inspect belts
Help move office furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
Keep workspaces clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant
Document tasks in a CMMS system (such as 360 Facility) and communicate with supervisors on issues
Follow all safety procedures and complete required hazard assessments
What You Bring:1–3 years of experience in general building maintenance, basic electrical, and plumbing
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders (up to 30 ft), and work in hot/cold conditions
Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license (for occasional local driving)

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.41 per hour
