Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will perform a variety of maintenance duties throughout the facility, including painting, plumbing, drywall, basic electrical work, HVAC, and carpentry. This position requires a proactive approach to ensuring the facility is maintained to the highest standards.

ResponsibilitiesPerform facilities maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, drywall repairs, and carpentry.Conduct basic electrical work and HVAC maintenance.Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on various systems and equipment.Ensure all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and safely.Essential SkillsProven experience in facilities maintenance.Competency in HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting.Strong skills in painting, drywall, and carpentry.Ability to perform preventive maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
