**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled maintenance, repair, and minor construction work involving plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, remodeling, painting, and various other craft work in City facilities. The role includes operating and performing preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of maintenance equipment including power and hand tools. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with on-call duties as required. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
