Apartment Rentals Company is Growing & Urgently Hiring Maintenance Technicians! **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves the installation of furniture, lights, and home appliances, as well as wall mounting of mirrors and artwork according to furnishing standards. You will conduct repairs, troubleshoot issues, and arrange repairs with specialist engineers when necessary. Your responsibilities also include conducting inspections, providing snag lists, liaising with contractors, assisting guests with maintenance issues, and delivering missing items to clients. **Responsibilities** + Install furniture, lights, home appliances, and wall mount mirrors and artwork based on furnishing standards. + Conduct repairs, including carpentry, handyman tasks, and light painting. + Troubleshoot and repair issues, and arrange specialist repairs when necessary. + Conduct inspections and provide snag lists for apartments. + Liaise with contractors on maintenance tasks and follow up on checks. + Assist guests with maintenance and technical issues to ensure a positive experience. + Deliver missing items such as glassware, lighting, and small appliances to clients. **Essential Skills** + At least 3 years of experience as a General Maintenance / Repairs Technician or in a similar role. + Proven experience in repairing home appliances. + Knowledge of spare parts and suppliers. + Strong knowledge of maintenance and technical procedures and practices. + Client-oriented with excellent communication skills. + Flexibility in schedule and ability to attend to emergencies as needed. + Appropriate certifications for the equipment in use. **Benefits:** + 401K + Medical Benefits + 15% Bonus + Stock Options **APPLY NOW!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $56000.00/yr.
