Summary: Seeking a Facilities/Maintenance Technician for routine maintenance, repair, and installation of complex printed circuit board manufacturing equipment on 1st shift.
Requirements:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or 2 years related experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance. Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely. Familiarity with standard OSHA safety procedures. User knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to troubleshoot PC-based systems. Ability to enter information into a Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).Preferred Skills:
Experience with Hitachi Drill and Orbotech Automated Optical Inspection equipment. Prior experience in the maintenance of Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing equipment.Responsibilities:
Diagnose systems & troubleshoot emergency equipment issues efficiently. Knowledge of AC power (3 phase to single phase) and DC power, electronics, computers, PLCs as pertains to manufacturing equipment. Read & interpret technical documents including operation/maintenance manuals and mechanical blueprints/electrical schematics. Perform temporary repairs to PVC/copper plumbing in emergencies. Conduct various proactive & reactive maintenance activities daily. Follow preventative maintenance schedule & procedures per company certifications (ISO, NADCAP). Perform daily activities in a chemical environment. Log work done and parts inventory used into the Limble CMMs system.Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
