In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Perform a variety of tasks including conference room setups, office moves, cubicle construction, Hazmat staging, plumbing repairs, and lighting maintenance (lamp and ballast replacements). Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on tasks. Collaborate closely with contractors across landscaping, janitorial, cafeteria, HVAC, fire systems, and hazardous materials to ensure jobs are completed accurately. Independently identify work that needs to be done, troubleshoot issues, and make repairs as necessary. Manage tasks that may not follow the usual pattern and are somewhat challenging, using good judgment to tackle problems; intensify the most difficult issues as needed. Conduct daily check-ins with customers and perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Communicate clearly with customers when tasks are completed and facilities are ready for use. Apply your experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems to perform installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Acquire and uphold credentials like HAZMAT Level I and operating a forklift. Safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

For This Role, You Will Need:
At least 5 years of facility maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial environment. Proficiency in securing HAZMAT Level I and forklift certifications. Physical ability to safely manage objects up to 50 pounds in weight.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the hourly pay range for this role is $30.26 - $36.25 commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
