Overview
The Facilities Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the inventory of parts and material for our facilities department. The coordinator will perform routine inventory checks and update the inventory software in a timely manner. The coordinator is responsible for the daily cleanliness, sanitary, safety, and orderly conditions of each storage facility.
This is a full-time position.$19.85 per hour.
Responsibilities
Maintains a par level of stock materials and parts required throughout the property.Coordinates with the Materials & Parts Buyer to ensure correct parts are ordered and maintained.Coordinates with Facilities staff to determine if inventory needs to be expanded.Researches and communicates with suppliers and vendors through email, phone and in person.Oversees the materials management by conducting regular inventory of materials and parts for the Facilities team.Occasional help the Engineer Techs on location with maintenance tasks, as needed.Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace. Responsible for maintaining inventory of tools in use.Responsible for correct use of maintenance request system. Training provided.
Qualifications
Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.Experience working with Inventory Management software desirable.Experience researching materials, parts and vendor information through internet searches and other resources.Experience working with or knowledge of mechanical and aesthetics parts and materials highly preferred.Texas Driver’s License with good driving record desired.
