**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Facilities Intern, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
+ Support vendor coordination and site inspections.
+ Assist in special projects and ad-hoc initiatives.
+ Coordinate guest services, meeting/training room bookings and walk-in queries.
+ Support mailroom services, courier handling and pantry/office supplies inventory.
+ Maintain proper filing systems and documentation.
+ Support facility-related matters such as access cards, lobby/parking access, locker management and new joiner preparation.
+ Monitor and report maintenance issues and support preventive maintenance coordination.
+ Provide general administrative support as required.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management or Business Administration
+ Ability to develop skills to perform basic activities in own job.
+ Fast learner
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Simple math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
