Major Responsibilities
Coordinate the maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment to ensure optimum functionalityIdentify, assess, and resolve building maintenance and usage problemsAssist in the upkeep and preventative maintenance of assigned facilitiesCoordinate custodial and maintenance functionsConduct regular inspections of assigned properties, proactively addressing any deficienciesCreate and follow up on corrective work orders as necessarySupport the implementation of energy management programs to maximize efficiencyAssist in maintaining building security; report security problems to appropriate authoritiesSchedule space usage, control key issuance, and manage building securityPrepare calendars and maintain records related to facility usageOversee activities of contractors, vendor personnel, and suppliersMonitor contracts for compliance and control costsPerform quality control inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and standardsServe as liaison between facility manager and vendor staffRecommend correction of deficienciesCoordinate supplier management program, including goal setting, performance criteria, and reviewsSupport the development of monthly/quarterly variance reporting for operating budgetsContinuously identify cost savings opportunitiesPrepare scheduled and periodic reports of facility usage, maintenance, and conditionAnalyze, develop, and design solutions to reporting requestsDesign and implement reports to measure service performance metricsMaintain client satisfaction with the delivery of Facility Management servicesSupport programs to increase customer satisfactionSupport facility soft services such as meeting preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, vending, and badgingSupport the implementation of EHS management systemsEnforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operationsEnsure compliance with local codes, regulations, and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standardsEvaluate and maintain help desk software; oversee preparation and distribution of system updatesMaintain and order equipment and supplies for facility operationsDemonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account teamDrive the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovationsAny other assignments given by Management within the purview of the contractQualifications and Skills:
