Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Assistant Facilities Manager supports the facilities organization at a specific location, set of buildings, or campus environment. The Assistant Facilities Manager is charged with supporting the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs and workplace services delivery that provides a well-managed and well-maintained building. Places an emphasis on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, in coordination with the client's goals and objectives.Job Description

Assist and report directly to AFM in all operation & maintenance concernsLiaising and managing contractorsAttending to client’s feedback or requestsManage the CMMS systemAny other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the ManagementInvestigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrencesFollow up with term contractors on defects rectification after servicing workProvide Admin support to the teamAbout you:
Minimally a Diploma in Facilities Management or any related discipline.1–3 years of relevant working experience in building operations, facilities management, maintenance, or contractor coordination.Strong understanding of building systems, including M&E, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance practices.Experience with CMMS / maintenance management systems will be an advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
