The Facilities Events Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting client business events across the site, as well as assisting the facilities manager to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. You will also help organize and oversee workplace activities such as fitness and sports programs. Supported by the facilities team, you will report to facilities management.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote a high satisfaction level by promptly responding to client needs and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, landlords, and vendors.Serve as the first point of contact for all events and on-site activities—including fitness and sport sessions—overseeing ticketing systems, scheduling, furniture setups, and event space logistics with the facilities team.Coordinate service partners and external contractors to support event requirements, ensuring the smooth running of events, classes, and activities, and resolving issues related to space, equipment, and amenities.Lead planning meetings with clients, vendors, or activity/fitness instructors; support guests and employees with event and conference room reservations; maintain event and activities calendars.Conduct quality audits of spaces and equipment, generate event/activity reports, and help keep office, event, and fitness areas to high standards in line with health, safety, and SLA requirements.Working LifeDaily presence across a large office site, supporting events as well as workplace fitness and sport activities.English is the main business language.
