Sodexo Seniors is seeking a Facilities / Engineering Operations Manager 2 to support our facility maintenance team at Asbury Solomons located in Solomons, Maryland. This Facilities Operations Manager will oversee maintenance, grounds and renovation projects. This position will lead approximately 10 hourly employees and will directly report to the General Manager.
What You'll DoWhat You’ll do:
You will be professionally responsible for Facilities Management regarding the proper installation, operation and maintenance of uninterrupted light, heat, power, water and monitoring systems for all health system buildings and services.You will have budget, staffing, short- and long-range planningProgram development responsibilities for the Facilities department in addition to construction/renovation operations, facility planning, maintenance, repair programs and energy management.What We Offer

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
