Job Title: Facilities Engineer
Job Purpose
The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for conducting multidisciplinary engineering studies, supporting plant operations, and ensuring asset integrity across all client assets. This role requires strong technical expertise, economic evaluation capabilities, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Engineering Studies & Feasibility Analysis Prepare techno-economic feasibility reports for Management of Change (MoC) and multidisciplinary engineering studies, including regulatory, financial, reliability, safety, health, and environmental aspects. Conduct economic and financial evaluations of feasibility studies and improvement opportunities using the PPMID model. Develop Gate Packages in alignment with client operator Project Management Systems (PMS). Project Lifecycle Support Provide technical input throughout all project phases: Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Design, ensuring quality and flawless execution. Review and validate engineering documents such as drawings, data sheets, philosophies, and specifications from vendors, contractors, and consultants. Operational & Asset Support Deliver technical support to all company assets (Operations) to maintain asset integrity, reliability, and a safe, continuous plant environment. Perform engineering activities and develop deliverables using specialized engineering software tools. Safety & Compliance Participate in safety workshops, cold eye reviews, and value improvement workshops. Ensure all engineering activities comply with company safety, health, environment, and quality policies, regulations, and standards. Knowledge Sharing & Development Mentor National Development Program (NDP) participants and share technical knowledge to support their growth. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and controls related to engineering studies and business line activities.
Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum of 4 years in an oil and gas environment. Language: Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Technical Skills: Proficient in relevant engineering software tools and specifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent team collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities.
