Site Engineer
Corporate Solutions (Integrated Facilities Management)

Operation: 9am – 6pm (5.5 days)
Job Summary:
The Engineer will oversee the operations of all building systems and ensure they run efficiently, safely and cost-effectively. He/she is also responsible for achieving excellence in critical environment maintenance management program at client’s premise, ensuring highest standards delivered and best practices implemented. the Engineer is to provide comprehensive engineering, critical environment management and technical services to client, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership (where applicable)Ensure that engineering staff is qualified and trained to perform the duties they are expected to carry outDevelop and sustain a high-quality well motivated teamLead by example and groom the team in achieving maximum client satisfaction levelProvide technical advice and guidance for service delivery teamClient/Stakeholder ManagementManage the key client team representatives effectively to ensure that expected service levels are achievedBuild strong working relationships with key client representatives and promote JLL’s EOS platform and provide a key linkage between the wider JLL organization and the client representative and account teamCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and proceduresProcurement & Vendor ManagementReview the maintenance/service practices of M&E contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations, established processes, tools and documentationPlan and manage budgets for Engineering & Operational contractsManage contract vendors for technical servicesRisk ManagementEnsure alignment and compliance to established Policies and Standard Operating Procedures for the management of the client’s Critical Environment (CEM)Ensure proper engineering documentation and adherence to the established change management controls for all sitesProtect the health and safety of staff and others by adhering to and developing guidelines and strategiesConduct audits to ensure that all safety procedures, including disaster recovery and business continuity plan and escalation procedures are in place and maintainedEnsure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standardsEnsure compliance with JLL programs and audit programs and participate in EOS community initiativesAdhere to Jones Lang LaSalle’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategiesSite OperationsPlan and take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing installations and Civil works pertaining to the facility24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is requiredManage M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated timeDevelop and implement innovation programs and processes that reduce utility costs, increase productivity and savings and share learnings with the wider EOS community at Jones Lang LaSalleContinuous optimization of processes, tools and documentationAchieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targetsMinor projects related to BAUsDevelopment of policies and proceduresManage all regular inspections and surveysInfrastructure audits and reportingManaging contracts with third party vendor and monitor their performanceImplement workplace safety for all critical environment such as IDF, MDF & MEP roomsAssist in carrying out the power down events in APAC officesMaintain asset trackerGenerate monthlyFinancial analysis including forecasting and budgeting for next FYCANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Ideal Experience
Min. formal qualification in a technical field (Electrical/Mechanical) and ideally with Engineering experience/background.3-5 years of technical (and supervisory) experience in engineering or equivalent preferredCritical Competencies for Success
