Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a technical lead providing engineering support across multiple accountsImplement and maintain engineering standards and best practices across assigned accountsParticipate actively in the Account Excellence Program, contributing technical expertise and innovative solutionsConduct regular site assessments and technical audits to identify improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with account teams to develop and implement technical solutions that meet client requirementsCreate and maintain technical documentation for systems and processesProvide mentorship and technical guidance to site-based engineering teamsAnalyze equipment performance data and recommend efficiency improvementsSupport the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programsAssist in troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple facilitiesTravel RequirementsAbility to travel up to 70% of time to support multiple account locationsSkills & CompetenciesTechnical proficiency across multiple engineering disciplinesStrategic thinking with ability to align technical solutions to client business objectivesStrong interpersonal skills and client relationship managementAdaptability to different client environments and requirementsCollaborative approach to problem-solvingCommitment to continuous improvement and innovationLocation:
