**About the Role:**
**As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are completed. You will be supporting the daily operations of the office of one of our largest clients in the technology sector.**
**This role is within the Facilities Management team, focused on all aspects of property operations. You will support Property Managers with maintenance, repairs, and investment planning.**
**What You’ll Do:**
• Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure they implement and adhere to all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
• Coordinate technical services, like moves and office repairs, ensuring they run smoothly with minimal disruption to employees (our client's employees work in shifts, 24/7).
• Support client employee wellbeing by managing the office library, chill rooms, and other amenities.
• Acknowledge all client inquiries and process work orders.
• Manage one direct report.
• Collect information and prepare reports to assess performance and progress.
• File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
• Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow instructions, written correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
• Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise independent judgment.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks is described in detail.
• Deliver your output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
**What You’ll Need:**
• 2+ years of job-related experience.
• Fluent Polish, and very good English.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of your work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
