Main Purpose: The Job function of the Facilities Coordinator is to provide technical expertise, coordination of the activities related to the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) maintenance of the Branch facilities, equipment, utilities and supporting services and to collaborate in this aspect to the GMP compliance of the facility.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Coordination and follow up of the compliance of the Annual Schedule of Maintenance and Calibration planned for the Branch.To coordinate the maintenance, calibration, and qualification services from the appointed vendors ensuring that the service of the vendors meets with the requirement in the technical and GMP standpoint.Ensure technical maintenance of the Branch for other supporting services: Alarm system, CCTV system, Access control system, Security system, Fire prevention and suppression system.Ensures emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standardsMonitor CMS (Central Monitoring System) performance in terms of the CMS hardware functionality and required maintenance to ensure CMS proper performance at the Branch (internet service, LAN connectivity to CMS server, installation conditions).Coordination of the activities of CMS sensor challenge testing and CMS sensors calibrationsMonitor CMS alerts and raise corresponding alerts documentation as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).To lead the Alarm response team group and activities for the attention of CMS alarms response.Coordination of qualification activities to the GMP equipment, systems, facilities with global area of Validation and Qualification and Qualification vendors.Management of GMP vendors for: Maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Cold Room, Ultra-low freezers, Freezers, Backup generator, temperature monitoring devices, electrical installation, Access control, CCTV, Security systems, Fire prevention and suppression system.Coordination of supporting services from suppliers of Pest control, Cleaning, Security, Safety at facilities, Electrical installation, general maintenance to building.Control and management of proper registering and documentation of the maintenances (corrective, preventive, emergency), calibrations and qualifications taking place in the Branch to meet with GMP, GDocP (Good Documentation Practices) and Company SOPs.Coordination of emergency maintenances with suppliers under critical response times to prevent Temperature excursions in emergency circumstances.Member of DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) and Business continuity plans.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plant engineering, Pharmaceutical production or equivalent experience preferredMinimum of 3-4 years of experience in technical and GMP environment requiredPrior working experience in a Pharmaceutical environmentIntermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Employee Type:

Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $17.75/hr to $28.85/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
