The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to our facilities team and Directors of our centers; you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our centers’ facilities issues are resolved swiftly.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate facilities work ordersSupport centers, field Facilities, and other KinderCare departments with utility inquiries, open/closing accounts, and submitting approvals and payments.Act as a backup to open/close utility accounts for new or closing centersReview and submit facilities invoices for approval and paymentProvide thermostat troubleshooting and support to Center DirectorsProvide administrative support to facilities team including electronic filing and processing expense reportsVendor managementAct as point of contact for trash and recycling questions and requests from fieldEducation and Experience:
High school degreeAbility to work in and be productive in a remote environment2+ years of Administrative or Customer Service experience desired.Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Experience working with a work order system preferredExcellent attendance, punctuality, interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent customer service skills, ability to problem solve and take initiativeOrganized, resourceful, with strong attention to detail.Adaptable and proactiveOur benefits meet you where you are.
