[업무내용]
Client Service & Facility Management
Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectationsEnsure that integrated office facilities, for instance seating areas, cafeteria, meeting rooms, registration of lockers is fully managed by site’s operation manualInspect facility’s security and safety factors including equipment according to the national regulationMonitor office’s environment, for instance air-conditioning and lighting condition as presentable by liaising with facilitiesIssue access cards, including the security system and handling any relevant paperworkBuild and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisationOn-site key point of contact for Facilities in the client’s premisesFulfil any ad-hoc requests promptly and efficiently to support the client businessEnsure any faults or defects are recorded and reported to facilities team to ensure an outstanding client experience is maintainedProcurement & Vendor Management
Management and communicate with all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standardsMake and inspect agreement’s validity, proper article, and dataFinance Management
Acquire process to raise all invoices’ payment, and ensure all invoices, as relate to the operation are appropriately processed and trackedEnsure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders in the financial system, as requiredUnderstand how to build an annual budget, and seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standardsRisk Management
Assist in the implementation and management of the property risk management programSupport the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plansFollow established escalation procedures and incident reporting proceduresAdhere to Jones Lang LaSalle’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategiesAchieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets for reception and support these targets for the facilities management team

Prior experience in facilities, account, property management, hospitality or related field preferredAbility in English skill able to have discussion with multinational employeesAbility to interact well within a team and learn new systems quicklyWell-organized work skillMinimum twelve (12) months experience in a corporate environmentUnderstanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system) is advantageousProject Management & Organizational Skills
Excellent planning & organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlinesProven ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basisProblem Solving & Strategic Thinking
