Labcorp is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Raritan, NJ.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Job Responsibilities
Assign tasks to workers, coordinate repairs with department supervisors and ensure completion of assigned workAssist in Implementing CMMS asset management system and utilize to provide work and asset oversiteCommunicate directly with staff, vendors and service providersSchedule repairs and preventive maintenance tasksProcure maintenance supplies as neededProvide dept administrative assistance as neededWork with EVS supervisors on cleaning schedulesLiaison between Manager and ContractorsProvide monthly reports as assignedMaintain access badge systemOther duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent3 years or more of experience in an administrative position2 years or more of experience with inventory and vendor management
Preferred Qualifications
1 year or more of experience related to facilities management 6 months or more of experience related to facilities management in a laboratory or medical environment1 year or more of project management experienceAdditional Job Standards

Pay Range: $26.00-$30.00/hour
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
