The Facilities Coordinator supports the Facilities Management team in the day‑to‑day delivery of facility management services. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, Senior FM or Regional Manager, this role helps ensure smooth site operations, effective service coordination and a positive experience for clients and building users.What is your day to day?Support the Facilities Management function on site and assist as a point of contact for client and tenant queriesHelp coordinate day‑to‑day facility services (hard and soft) delivered by in‑house teams and external service providersAssist in collecting data and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reportsSupport budget tracking and basic cost control activities in cooperation with the Facilities Management teamHelp ensure smooth daily operations and communication within corporate tenant areasAssist with monitoring service quality and vendor performance using agreed KPIsSupport the team with administrative and operational tasks related to facilities managementDesired experience and technical skillsRequired
Proven experience in facilities management, office administration, property management or a similar operational roleGood organizational skills and attention to detailClear verbal and written communication skillsBasic presentation skillsWorking knowledge of MS Office and MS SharePointWillingness to learn CMMS / work order systemsAbility to cooperate with vendors and internal stakeholdersPreferred
