The Role:
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will lead comprehensive facility operations and contractor management for client sites, ensuring seamless delivery of maintenance services, safety compliance, and operational excellence. Working onsite with a client in Notting Hill, Melbourne.
Supervise property and facilities service providers through in-house and contracted delivery modelsAllocate and track maintenance requests using CMMS systems within budget parametersExecute scheduled maintenance programs and manage reactive service requestsChampion zero-accident culture through safety walks and regulatory complianceBuild strong partnerships with site management and client teams for effective collaborationParticipate in business continuity planning and provide after-hours support for critical incidentsEnsure facility operations meet client requirements and maintain regulatory complianceMaintain accurate database records and manage work order systemsServe as facility point-of-contact for corporate initiatives and regional planningDrive continuous improvement in service delivery while developing team capabilitiesWhat you will bring:

2-4 years facilities management experienceKnowledge of WHS, QA, and environmental systemsFamiliarity with HVAC, fire, and electrical servicesStrong customer service focus and teamwork skillsExperience managing vendors and service deliveryAbility to assess maintenance needs and coordinate workProficiency with computerized work management systemsKnowledge of EHS protocols and safety proceduresWhat to expect from us:
