What this job involves: As a Facilities Coordinator, you will serve as the primary on-site liaison managing facility operations for our client, Bonneville Power Administration, in Spokane, WA. Working embedded within the client environment; you will coordinate all facility services while maintaining JLL's high standards of service delivery. You will work under an Operations Manager and with the Regional Facilities Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day operations that directly impact client satisfaction. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop facility management expertise while building strong client relationships in a federal environment.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Manage and oversee all subcontracted services including janitorial, landscape, and maintenance suppliers to ensure compliance with agreement terms
Receive, dispatch, and coordinate work requests among service providers and client representatives
Track work order completion, conduct vendor follow-up, and validate subcontractor invoices
Coordinate building access for federal site operations and manage access applications
Resolve facility-related issues
Serve as professional interface with client, guests, and visitors while maintaining federal site security protocols
Communicate real-time updates and provide operational support to Operations Manager and Regional Facilities Manager
Required Qualifications:
Previous facility management or vendor coordination experience.
Knowledge of building operations and maintenance practices.
Experience with building access coordination and badging systems.
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Corrigo CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Advanced MS Office skills and reporting experience
Knowledge of federal building operations and security requirements
Experience working in client-embedded environments
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Work Shift: Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays (paid). Start time between 7AM-8AM
Salary/Comp: $58,000 – $65,000 or $27.88/hour – $31.25/hour

Estimated compensation for this position:
58,000.00 – 65,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
