Facilities Coordinator

Summary: Seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage front desk operations, coordinate facility repairs, and oversee maintenance activities.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent; certification in office administration and/or Facilities Management is a plus.

Minimum 5 years experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role.

Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.

Proficiency in MS Office and Facility Management Software.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CMM systems for tracking codes/tickets for invoicing.

In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental/legal policies.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise trades staff and vendor services for equipment repairs and maintenance.

Manage visitor coordination and guest registration according to security policies.

Oversee building preventive maintenance program and maintain related records.

Provide facility status reports on a weekly/monthly basis.

Resolve emergency work requests related to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and structural issues.

Assist with monitoring contract services for quality standards and compliance.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
