To reduce the likelihood of any financial impact to CBRE by adhering to agreed operating procedures and protocols at all times while proactively identifying such risks and communicating these risks and proposed solutions formally to client. The facilities coordinator is required to be a hands-on person with ability to identify building related issues **What You’ll Do:** + As a hands-on person, walk through the facility, proactively identify and resolve issues, maintain the facilities in perfect condition. + Work with Senior Facilities Manager to ensure the services delivered are aligned across the Sydney campus. + Ensure all documentation for the properties are up-to-date and maintain a library of material/manuals + Work with Base Building and Engineering teams to ensure that site operations have continuity of services with minimum disruption to the client’s business operations + Carry out documented daily rounds to proactively identify and resolve any assets related issues. Document and report to the relevant stakeholders + Attend and manage critical incidents related to property services which may cause business interruption to client. This may include attendance outside of normal working hours at any time requested by the client + Assign and oversee locker allocations, while promptly reporting monthly deductions to the payroll team + Participate in emergency scenario training as required + Articulate and live the CBRE culture, set an example by modeling the required behaviors and hold others (employees and peers) accountable for their actions by identifying and acting on behavior which is inconsistent with agreed standards + Comply with all CBRE systems used to meet its health and safety obligations + Work safely and not put themselves or anyone else’s health or safety at risk by their acts or omission + Comply with the CBRE Environmental policies and adhere to procedures and work instructions that are relevant to their activities + Ensure all works are completed to relevant Statutory Regulations and Standards + Operate in a manner that will minimize any adverse environmental impacts associated with their activities + Create and nurture on-site client and stakeholder relations + Ensure contractors perform in accordance with agreed scope of works and provide regular reporting + Ensure all contractors are site inducted & on-boarded on to the CBRE and client systems and training is up to date. + Ensure world class service delivery **What You’ll Need:** + Diploma in Facility Management – Preferred but not essential + Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in corporate facilities and/or hospitality + HSE qualification – preferred but not essential + Ability to work autonomously whilst follow exacting procedures + A focus on quality and continuous improvement + Strong Communications and interpersonal skills + A commonsense approach and initiative when resolving issues. + Computer literate **Why CBRE** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
