**About the Role:**
  
  
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.
  
  
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
  
  
**What You’ll Do:**
  
  
+ Financial Management:
  
  
+ Responsible for administration of procurement and closing invoices
  
+ Supports and provides FM/AFM financial data for month end close
  
  
+ Vendor Management:
  
  
+ Supports the AFM/FM by ensuring JHA/THA submission
  
+ Supports solicitation of bids and proposals for soft services
  
+ Facilitate vendor orientation
  
+ Submits DCATs and escorts vendors / visitors as needed
  
  
+ Work Order Program:
  
  
+ Monitoring of workflow and completion targets (end to end)
  
  
+ Procurement / Program Activities:
  
  
+ Manages ordering and inventory for Beverage program
  
+ Maintains office and miscellaneous supplies for the sites
  
+ Supports the copier operations program
  
+ Continuously drive positive safety culture
  
+ Employee engagement (WOW awards, safety hero, applause)
  
  
**What You’ll Need:**
  
  
+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  
+ Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
