About the Role
JLL is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our integrated facilities management team to maintain high-quality building operations and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for our client’s management office, interfacing with all internal and external customers
Deliver day-to-day facilites management services aligned with JLL's service excellence standards
Manage and maintain the CMMS system, capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders for assigned sites
Delegate and allocate work orders to ensure contract requirements and KPIs are achieved
Coordinate building operations including HVAC, lighting, security, and life safety systems
Execute preventive maintenance programs and oversee routine facility inspections
Handle employee requests and resolve facility issues promptly
Respond to service requests and emergency situations using JLL's established protocols
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate service providers on behalf of clients
Review purchase orders and invoices in line with monthly financial reconciliations
Maintain accurate facility data and documentation in JLL systems
Ensure adherence to Australian WHS regulations and building compliance requirements
Support Contract Manager/Facilities Managers on daily tasks as required
Key Skills Required
Experience in facilities management, property services, or related field
Excellent communication skills with a client-service focused mindset
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Experience coordinating with vendors and service providers
Background in customer service or client relationship management
Basic understanding of building systems is preferred but not essential
