Facilities Coordinator - JLL (Bengaluru, India)Location - EGL, DomlurPosition OverviewAs a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you will work directly with the Assistant Facility Management Team and the client's Workplace Experience Team to deliver exceptional workplace experiences at their Bengaluru site. This role requires anticipating client needs, exceeding contract KPIs, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesWorkplace Management
Support daily operations of the client's Bengaluru workplace environmentsAssist the Facility Management Team with tactical planningProvide support for meeting and conference room reservationsCoordinate scheduling of maintenance activitiesBuild relationships with the client and their Workplace Experience teamConduct workplace inspectionsManage workplace asset replacement and refurbishment recommendationsCompliance and Safety
Support compliance with OH&S, environmental, and risk management policiesAdminister and maintain security systemsHelp coordinate fire warden and first aid training programsProject Management
Support workplace enablement for churn/relocation projectsManage small facility management tasks as assignedFinancial Management
Assist with budget requests, analysis, and reportingResearch and report budget variancesReview operating expenses and implement cost-saving measuresRequirements2+ years of facilities management experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and make decisions with limited supervisionResults-oriented mindset focused on exceeding performance targetsExperience with flexible workplace environments (preferred)If you're passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences and have a strong background in facilities management, we encourage you to apply.
