Oversee and ensure a consistent high level of service delivery of facility management service to customer.

Assist the Facilities Lead with the implementation of local and regional initiatives, ensuring a coordinated approach for the team. And focus on customer satisfaction, employee service, site operation expenses and performance.

Execute plans on agreed scope, schedule and within the outlined budget and forecast.

Coordinate service requests for reactive, preventive, and planned maintenance schedules for central office environment, fabrics, fixtures, fittings and supervise the workers where appropriate.

Ensure all orders for supplies are supported by the appropriate approvals from the customer, and are placed in compliance to their Procurement and Order Processes.

Ensure a consistent and effective technology platform and data management strategy is in place to ensure consistent automated business processes are followed.

Responsible for monthly site inspections to find and resolve issues preventively but not limited to daily patrol.

Establish and maintain an effective Landlord relationship program or process that is consistent with RE&F expectations.

Manage the work order management platform, dispatch service requests for performance of the work. Track workload volumes, measure service level responses and customer satisfaction feedback.

Continuously identify ways in which service can be improved and value for money can be enhanced. Communicate innovations and cost saving ideas to Client.

Perform other service assigned by supervisor to support the business as a whole, in providing an efficient, flexible and user-friendly service to the customer.

Ability to handle small projects by providing proposal for space upgrades, refurbishments, Lab/Shielding Room establishment and internal relocation autonomously and well extensive knowledge to calculate air and power consumption, floor loading and EHS related advice to stakeholders.

Prepare and ensure timely delivery of fixed and ad hoc reports, ensure regional consistency in data submission and filing procedure

Any of campaign support and comply with new launch strategic form Regional team.

Escalate non-compliance to the Facilities Lead.

Assist the Facilities Lead with the implementation of local and regional initiatives, ensuring a coordinated approach for the team.

Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
