Job Title: Facilities Coordinator 3Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is integral in supporting and coordinating a small team of multi-skilled operatives, ensuring seamless operations and maintenance of facilities.

ResponsibilitiesMonitor the performance and coordinate a team of multi-skilled operatives.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors.Assist in managing on-site contractors to ensure compliance with required standards.Procure necessary vendors and services as needed.Support financial processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial management requirements.Manage purchase orders promptly and accurately in the internal financial management platform.Assist with monthly accrual reports and monitor finance trackers.Conduct site inspections, assessments, regular audits, and implement safety procedures along with other building procedures.Implement and monitor property risk management programs and adhere to industry best practices.Maintain premises in a neat and functional condition at all times.Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures.Provide support for regular management reports and projects.Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.Essential SkillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Self-motivated with a confident and energetic attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Clean driving record.Experience in facility administration and vendor management.Work Environment

This is a remote contract position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage remote operations and maintain smooth facility functions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wilmington, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
