What this job involves:
This position serves as coordinator for all technical and engineering aspects of facility or building with hands-on application on basic repairs and troubleshooting while managing day-to-day facilities operations by maintaining world-class working environment to create wonderful workplace experience for employees. You will carry out all minor mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting in relation to facility and utilities, planned and executed in such way to minimize risk or inconvenience to others while scheduling and managing repairs and maintenance, minor works and other work requests, tracking to completion. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by managing general landscaping, carpentry, fixing machinery, plumbing, heating, and wiring while inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards, identifying, planning, and scheduling major repairs, and maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence in corporate real estate services through seamless technical facilities coordination and service delivery with exceptional quality of service as reflected by client feedback.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Manage day-to-day facilities operations by maintaining world-class working environment to create wonderful workplace experience for employeesCarry out all minor mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting in relation to facility and utilities, planned and executed in such way to minimize risk or inconvenience to othersSchedule and manage repairs and maintenance, minor works and other work requests while tracking to completionManage general landscaping, carpentry, fixing machinery, plumbing, heating, and wiring while inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards, identifying, planning, and scheduling major repairsConduct and operate regular facilities inspections and audits while being responsible for office facilities, air-conditioning, lightings, furniture, office equipment being well-controlled and office space being well-maintainedEnsure all site documentation are updated while assisting in special events within office including furniture moving and setting up multi-purpose room for training/eventsAssist with critical out-of-hours issues and participate as key team member in responses to emergency situations when necessaryServe as vendor POC on hard services for daily operations and be responsible for vendors contracted under service providerCoordinate with Facilities Manager, fellow coordinators, HK personnel, landlord personnel and vendors to ensure all tasks will run according to planConduct daily walkthroughs to ensure clean and organized office while responding to all work orders in timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer serviceRequired Qualifications:
Ability to carry out all minor mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting in relation to facility and utilitiesCapability to schedule and manage repairs and maintenance, minor works and other work requests while tracking to completionUnderstanding of managing general landscaping, carpentry, fixing machinery, plumbing, heating, and wiringAbility to inspect buildings to confirm safety standards, identifying, planning, and scheduling major repairsCapability to conduct and operate regular facilities inspections and auditsUnderstanding of being responsible for office facilities, air-conditioning, lightings, furniture, office equipment being well-controlled and office space being well-maintainedAbility to assist with critical out-of-hours issues and participate as key team member in responses to emergency situations when necessaryCapability to serve as vendor POC on hard services for daily operationsUnderstanding of coordinating with Facilities Manager, fellow coordinators, HK personnel, landlord personnel and vendorsAbility to comply with all requirements of client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators.Preferred Qualifications:
